Modern real estate is much more than just buying and selling property.

The Client's objectives, needs and resources must be thoroughly understood by the Client AND the Client's Agent before the best solution can be designed to meet those needs. The Agent's job is to bring these facts out through counseling before attempting to market or locate property for the Client.

A sale is not always the best answer and often has costly consequences.
